DESCRIPTION

Directly responsible for producing CAM packages and CNC Programs for close tolerance components Possess an analytical mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities for improvement and innovation within Computer Aided Manufacturing Maintaining revision on programs, documentations and tool data in CAM. Actively seeking to learn and understand machine specific G-code commands Knowledge of safety procedures, quality standards, and tool selection is essential Average understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Collaborate closely with teams within production, engineering, quality, and manufacturing, to support accurate and efficient CNC programs Directly responsible for producing CAM packages and CNC Programs for close tolerance components

REQUIREMENTS

Must have a detailed, organized, and systematic approach to projects Self-Starter with a whatever-it-takes mentality to meet deadlines and customer needs Proven experience in programming Mill-Turn machines and 5-axis CNC machines within a production environment of high-tolerance precision components Microsoft Office suite, Mastercam/Edgecam, Creo Parametric 8.0, CAD/CAM software experience This position is considered regular, full-time, and requires a minimum in-office schedule of 40 hours per week. This may also include occasional travel Confidentiality, integrity, dependability, and cooperation Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation Must agree to (and pass) a background check, physical, and drug screening testing Minimum of 5 years of CAM programming experience Bachelor’s degree in any field of engineering or equivalent experience

SCHEDULE & PAY

Monday – Friday Some weekends necessary Some travel necessary First shift $28 – $33 DOE
