JobDescription Sets up, writes programs and edits existing programs,and operates numerically controlled machinery. These include butare not limited to lathes, mills, drills, and other machinery asrequired. /n

• Maintains quality and tolerances within .0003″. /n
• Follow written and verbal procedures for machining and otherduties. /n
• Work from work order routings, prints, sketches,layout sheets, written and verbal instructions. /n
• Workingknowledge of programming languages and the ability to learn / adaptper machine. /n
• Must be able to recognize and understandfunctions of machine parameters with the ability to modify asrequired per supervisor’s instructions. /n
• Utilize knowledge ofworking properties for a variety of materials such as stainlesssteel, alloy steel, cast iron, brass, exotics, etc. /n
• Presetstools and may be required to re-sharpen. /n
• Inspect work producedusing micrometer; bore gage, venire calipers, or other measuringinstruments to verify conformance to specifications. /n
• Followpreventative maintenance procedures on equipment as prescribed bysupervisor and report operating difficulties of equipment tosupervisor. /n
• Perform duties in accordance with company safetypolicies, reports unsafe conditions to supervisor. /n
• Make properlabor and time reports. /n
• Perform other duties as required. /n
• Keep machine(s) / work area clean and orderly. /n
• Performadditional duties and responsibilities based upon individual branchrequirements. /n
• Additional duties as assigned. /n /nQualifications /n
• High school diploma or equivalent with atechnical school education and working machinist knowledge orequivalent. /n
• Minimum 3 years of CNC machine tool Programming &Operating experience. /n
• 2 years of Integrex experience is highlypreferred. /n
• Numerical control machining skills experience andability to read and interpret work related machine drawings. /n
• Make average to complicated mathematical calculations and resolveelementary technical problems. /n
• NC Programmer/Operator will becompensated in accordance with defined expertise, experience andproduction efficiency. /n
• Can operate a minimum of 2 CNC machinetools. /n
• Possesses previous experience as a Manual machinist. /n
• Must be detail oriented; be able to work independently usingsound judgment. /n
• Good verbal, written, problem solving andorganization skills required. /n
• Capable of handling multiplepriorities. /n
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely andefficient manner.
