USA Core Responsibilities:

Use CAM software suchas Edgecam or NX and Vericut to create CNC programs for vertical andhorizontal CNC lathes and multi-axis CNC milling machines. Dutiesinclude developing programs in a timely manner in support of productionneeds, specifying tooling, and resolving shop machining issues, andmonitoring active jobs. Work with high-technology aerospace materialsincluding titanium, inconel and stainless steel. Utilizestate-of-the-art equipment using Fanuc controls; milling machines have5-axis capability.

Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant experience in aManufacturing environment. Experience in the aerospace industry orgeneral manufacturing required. CNC machining experience and goodcomputer aptitude and skills are vital qualifications. Edgecam, etc. andVericut training is available for programmers familiar with other CAMsoftware. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints ortechnical procedures. Strong background in manufacturing-preferablyaerospace and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment is required. Excellent communication skills are needed; bothverbal and written. Must be organized in the compiling of cost data tosupport quotations. The candidate must be proficient with MicrosoftOffice tools and be proficient in the use of CAD solid modelingsoftware. Experience with Solidworks or similar cad software is a plus

Education Requirements:

Bachelor?s Degree in related Engineeringdiscipline, or equivalent experience.
