About the Role Entegee Engineering is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with experience in Mastercam and familiarity with Mazak machines to join our precision manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone with a hands-on background in CNC programming and a deep understanding of machining strategies, particularly in high-precision, ISO/AS9100-certified environments. Key Job Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC programming experience using Mastercam
• Familiarity with Mazak CNC machines and SolidWorks is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of metal alloys and their application in industrial or consumer products
• Prior experience in an

ISO/AS9100

machine shop environment is preferred Primary Job Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs for multi-axis mills and lathes (up to 5-axis)
• Apply advanced machining principles and GD&T standards
• Translate CAD models into efficient machining strategies to produce high-precision parts
• Assist with manufacturing planning for high-volume production runs
• Design and implement custom tools and fixtures for complex parts
• Source and specify the correct tooling based on material, geometry, and machine capabilities
• Release and validate machining programs for production use
• Drive continuous improvement efforts—reducing setup time, enhancing part quality, and optimizing machining processes
