in recruiting forCNC Machine Operator/Machinist/Programmer jobs in Exeter andPortsmouth, NH. These are long-term temporary positions with thepossibility of going perm. The CNC MachineOperators/Machinists/Programmers will be responsible for running avariety of CNC equipment in the machine shop. Apply Now if you meetthe qualifications listed below! Responsibilities for the CNC Machine Operator/Machinist/Programmerjobs include:
- Load and feed mechanism by lifting stock into position
- Ability to read and interpret technical blue prints in bothStandard and Metric measurements including GD & T
- Ability to use basic measure devices including digital heightgauges, calipers, micrometers and go-no go gauging.
- Maintain inventory by verifying receipt of stock and performingnecessary completion transactions in ERP system.
- Ability to perform calculating requirements, including basicmath, geometry and trigonometry, proving part dimensions
- Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, andsample work pieces; adhering to control plan standards
- Maintains specifications by taking measurements; detectingmalfunctions; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assuranceprocedures and processes.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures andregulations
- Documents actions by completing production and quality logs
