CNC Programmer Beacon Engineering Seabrook, NH 03874 CNC Programmer Job Description Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC machines to fabricate precision parts according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, geometry, and the ability to read technical drawings. The CNC Programmer will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality production standards while maintaining efficiency. Duties Develop and optimize CNC programs for various milling machining operations using CAM Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes. Fabricate components according to engineering specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Maintain accurate records of production runs, tooling changes, and program modifications. Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Experience Proficiency with CAM, such as Mastercam, NX, CAMWorks, etc to create and modify programs. Training available. Strong background in machining processes with hands-on experience operating CNC machinery. Familiarity with geometric tolerancing and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings.
