The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in programming CNC machines to machine high-quality components. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a factory environment. Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining processes, ensuring precision and quality. Set up and operate CNC machines, including Lathe /Milling machines, to machine components according to specifications. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand project requirements and timelines. Utilize hand tools and materials handling techniques to assist in the assembly line process. Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery and tooling to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot issues related to machine operation and programming, implementing solutions as needed. Package finished products for shipment while adhering to quality standards. Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role within a factory setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of tooling, materials handling, and fabrication processes. Familiarity with assembly line operations and the use of press machines. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints. Ability to work effectively with hand tools and machinery in a safe manner. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
