Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented CNC professional with a passion for woodworking and precision manufacturing? We re looking for an experienced CNC Operator/Programmer to join our team and take the lead in producing high-quality wood components using CNC Weeke routers and WoodWOP programming software. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic production environment where your technical skills, craftsmanship, and problem-solving abilities will play a key role in our success.
salary:
$20 – $25 per hourshift: Secondwork hours: 3 PM – 1:30
AMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Read and interpret CAD drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation. Create and optimize CNC programs using WoodWOP software. Set up and operate CNC Weeke routers for wood manufacturing. Select appropriate tools, feeds, and speeds based on material and job requirements. Monitor machining process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency. Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accurate execution of jobs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols. Document production output and report any non-conformance or production issues.
