Job Description
CNC Mill Programmer/Specialist LTP Precision 17763 State Highway 198, Saegertown, PA 16433
Duties:
Program, Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders Select and install cutting tools, adjust speeds and feeds, and make machine adjustments as necessary Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubricating Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications Assemble components using hand tools or power tools as required Use precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges and coordinate measuring machines to verify dimensions
Experience:
Minimum of 5-20 years of experience as a CNC Programmer/Machinist Proficiency in 3D CAM software required Knowledge of plastics injection mold building is a plus Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is desirable Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings accurately Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills.
