CNC Programmer We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with3-5 years of experience programming multi-axis CNC mills andlathes. Proficiency in Mastercam CAD/CAM software is preferred. Therole involves creating, testing, and optimizing CNC programs forMazak and similar equipment based on engineering drawings.
Responsibilities:
Program and optimize CNC mills (3-5 axis) andlathes using Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM software. Collaboratewith machinists to ensure quality and efficient production. Performfirst-piece inspections and troubleshoot programming issues.
Maintain CNC program documentation.
Qualifications:
3-5 years CNCprogramming experience in a precision machining environment.
Proficient with Mastercam preferred; other CAD/CAM softwareexperience accepted. Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, orrelated field preferred. Strong problem-solving and communicationskills.
