Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team in Lebanon, PA . The machinist will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts and components according to customer specifications. This role requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and hands-on experience with controls like Fanuc and G/M code programming.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the programming team and foreman to review upcoming jobs. Set up fixturing, tooling, and machine parameters accurately for production runs. Set machine zeros, offsets, and make necessary adjustments for precision. Operate CNC lathe machines to fabricate parts as per job specifications and blueprints. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job notes. Ensure parts meet quality standards throughout production. Perform basic edits to G and M codes when necessary. Transfer programs and make required program adjustments. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Report equipment malfunctions or material issues promptly.

Required Skills & PPE:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience with Fanuc controls and G/M code programming Familiarity with CNC tooling, holders , and setup processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to regularly lift 10-35 lbs and occasionally up to 50-60 lbs Must be able to stand for extended periods Reasonable accommodations can be made as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years’ experience in CNC lathe machining CNC mill or vertical machining experience is a plus Authorized to work in the

$26.00 – $40.00 per hour
