We run top of the line 5 axis wood routers, waterjet, stone router, lasers, lathe, and metal machines.. We are open to all levels of experience. Specialized CNC and industrial wood, metal or stone machine experience is certainly a plus (scmi, techni, brembana, cemco, cantek, martin). We are also willing to train the right individuals. General Duties and Responsibilities:

Program, set up and operate CNC equipment to produce furniture parts to precise specifications Troubleshoot basic issues with material and machine and observe all safety procedures Maintain quality of finished parts with regular inspections of part dimensions and alignment of components with calipers, gauge blocks, etc. Organize and keep accurate count of various finished parts

Desired Abilities:

Ability to multitask (i.e. clean up, check paperwork, prepare packaging materials, etc. while machine is running) Ability to adapt quickly to changes in daily routine and keep up with required throughput Strong mechanical/technical ability Ability to lift 50+ lbs Ability to work as a part of a team by maintaining a positive working relationship with management and co-workers Ability to recognize machining problems and a willingness to help resolve issues/ propose solutions

Bonus Experience:

Experience programming, setting up and operating CNC machines in a production environment is a plus Experience with Rhino, Solidworks, Fusion and Alphacam software Understanding of fabrication techniques in wood, metal, and/or stone and the uses of various CNC machining tools
