JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Programming & Operation:
Develop, edit, and implement CNC programs using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam); operate CNC Swiss-style machines to produce parts per detailed specifications.

Setup & Maintenance:
Configure machines with appropriate fixtures and tools; perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

Quality Assurance:
Inspect finished components using precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure compliance with specifications; maintain detailed quality control records.

Process Optimization:
Monitor and refine machine settings to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve part quality.

Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to all safety regulations and train team members on safe machine operation and protocols.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
