Monday•Friday Long Term Contract Job Description Create, review, and edit CNC machining programs using Mastercam Maintain and update programming databases and files Provide input for manufacturing operations including routers and process flows Develop resources and methods for equipment, tooling, materials, and processes Optimize cycle times, tool life, and production costs through program reviews Design and troubleshoot fixtures to optimize cycle times and quality Create setup sheets and standard tool lists Track costs and efficiency of tooling, material, and cycles Provide training to machinists, operators, team members Assist in quotations and contract reviews Collaborate with engineering to improve design manufacturability Qualifications 5 years experience in programming using Mastercam High school diploma or GED; Associates Degree or higher preferred Proficient in CAD/CAM (MasterCam) or minimum of two years programming experience using MasterCam Basic shop math and GD&T knowledge Ability to work in manufacturing environment with safety footwear and protective eyewear Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
