Job Description:

CloudRay Inc. is seeking a talented Blaster to join a diverseteam to support production and manufacturing. The Blaster candidate will be responsible for painting productionparts to specifications and quality standards. Other key responsibilities

• Responsible for accepting only parts that are properly preparedfor paint
• Responsible for manually moving parts through the painting,flashing, and drying sections of the paint system
• Responsible for the entire paint process including but notlimited to:
• mixing paints and solvents according to manufacturer’sspecifications
• correct operation of automated mixing equipment
• application of liquid paint to meet specifications usingelectrostatic and traditional paint guns
• assuring that parts reside in the flashing and drying sectionsof the paint system for the specified time
• inspection of work and correction to work as necessary
• periodic cleaning/flushing of paint/solvent delivery systems asrequired
• Responsible for having maintenance of all paint systemequipment accomplished as specified, whether scheduled with theMaintenance Department or as part of the paint work process
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the paint system andwork area
• Assist as needed in all areas of the paint line operation Basic Qualifications Candidate must possess a High School diploma or equivalent GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform strenuous repetitive work
• Ability to work while wearing respirator and protectiveclothing
• Must pass pulmonary function test and respirator fit test
• Should possess an attention to detail and desire to producehigh quality parts
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Self-starter
