What You’ll Do:
Promote Safety. Take an active role in prioritizing safety for yourself and others throughout the operation at all times in accordance with MSHA and Vulcan standards. Duties and Responsibilities Performs coatings and painting applications, sand-blasting, and other tasks that are relative to industrial coating. As a Sandblaster you remove dirt, paint, grease, and other built-up material from surfaces.
Painter duties:
Painting industrial equipment, buildings, etc., cleaning and maintaining paint equipment, coating prepped surfaces, and final touch-ups. Keeping the work area safe and clean. Working independently Additional Responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Skills You’ll Need:
Experience. Previous experience in industrial painting/sandblasting is preferred. Knowledge of Best Practices. Knowledge of general principles and practices of industrial painting. Flexibility. Must be able to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
