Elkmont, AL 35620 The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic, Leadership, ability to learn, think about tasks at hand, and a focus on quality workmanship. Perform all shop-related tasks necessary to successfully complete incoming jobs as described Prepare sandblasting, paint, or powder coating metal parts by sanding, masking, and cleaning. Properly load parts on racks to achieve desired finishing results. Correctly identify and tag parts. Ensure the flow of Work Orders is maintained as directed by following the established schedule by proper staging and processing. Complete sand-blasting and powder coat operations within a given time frame and according to written and verbal specifications. Inspect components during and after processing to ensure quality standards. Assist in maintenance, cleaning, and repair of equipment as assigned. Keep all work areas, including the staging area, clean and organized, emptying scrap as necessary.

Skills required:

Ability to learn procedures, tasks, and operations through on-site training from a senior member of the staff. Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions. Ability to maintain consistent attendance. Attend all training sessions as required for the position and apply knowledge learned. Ability to maintain consistent quality of work performed. Must be able to work in fast paced environment Must work well in team environment  Must be organized, detail oriented and dependable Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug test.

Full-time Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
