We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team at Endurance Equipment LLC. This hands-on role involves preparing and painting components used in industrial equipment, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our manufacturing standards.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Reporting to the Shop Supervisor duties include, but are not limited to: Prepare surfaces by removing old coatings, cleaning materials, and applying primers as required. Apply coatings using a variety of techniques including spray guns, brushes, and rollers. Mix and match paints to achieve the desired color, texture, and finish, in line with company specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace; ensure proper care and storage of tools and materials. Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and protocols, attend all safety meetings and training. Participate in quality control inspections and make adjustments to ensure compliance with standards. Other duties as requested. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in industrial painting or a similar role. Demonstrated interest in the painting and coatings industry. Prior experience in a construction, fabrication, or manufacturing environment an asset. Basic understanding of safety procedures related to industrial painting. Basic knowledge of industrial paint types, finishes, and application methods. Understanding of proper surface preparation techniques. Familiarity with personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety standards in an industrial setting. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively in a team setting. Familiarity with various painting tools, equipment, and industrial application methods. Willingness to learn new techniques and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
