Position Summary:

We are seeking to add another and talented and experienced painter/artist with a background in high-end marine or automotive painting . This individual will be responsible for prepping, painting, and finishing our custom boats to showroom quality — often with complex and artistic custom graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all phases of painting, from surface prep to final finish, on fiberglass and metal surfaces. Mix and match paints and finishes to achieve custom colors and effects. Apply primers, base coats, clear coats, metallics, and custom graphics. Use professional spray equipment (HVLP, airbrush, etc.). Ensure all work meets strict quality and durability standards. Collaborate with design and production teams to execute creative paint schemes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of professional experience painting high-end boats, custom cars, motorcycles, or similar. Strong understanding of color theory, design, and finishes. Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship is a must. Experience working with gelcoat, car paint, and marine-grade finishes is a must. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment. Portfolio of past work or samples highly preferred.
