Full Job Description Job Title:

Powder Coater Duties:

• Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
• Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, including airless paint sprayers and power tools
• Apply powder coating to various metal parts and components using appropriate techniques
• Ensure proper adhesion and coverage of powder coating on surfaces
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve desired finish and quality
• Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections and make necessary touch-ups or rework as needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Experience in powder coating or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, lean manufacturing environment
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
