• Position Overview:

• As a Professional Painter, you will be responsible for executing interior and exterior painting projects with quality and efficiency. Following all company polices and procedures. You will utilize your expertise in using an airless sprayer, brushes, caulk guns, and masking materials to achieve outstanding finishes while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming as needed.
• Apply paint using sprayers, brushes, while using “The Precise Way” to achieve high-quality results.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Willing to learn the “Precise Way” procedures.
• Offer consistency in all tasks.
• Using spray shields is a plus, but I am willing to teach.

• Qualifications:

• Must have a smartphone
• 3-5 years of professional painting experience, using spray equipment.
• Proficient in various painting techniques and applications.
• Able to work at heights @ 22 ft and on roofs with harnesses or any other required safety equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• No criminal record.
• Must be legal citizen of the United States.
