Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Powder Coating Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in powder coating operations and a strong understanding of powder coating processes, equipment, and materials.
Responsibilities:
Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings to various surfaces. Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary. Ensure quality control by inspecting coated surfaces for defects and making necessary adjustments. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in powder coating operations. Strong knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and materials. Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills.
