PM Job Description:
Minimum Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Apply finish protective coatings, including air dry and baked finishes, using spray guns and/or brushes Clean and prepare surfaces for coating, including electro-plating, sandblasting, and tumble blasting Operate various processing equipment, such as presses, tape-layer, fabric cutting machines, and autoclaves, to produce production and prototype parts Work from sketches, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine operations required for fabricating, processing, and assembling plastic and bonded component parts and assemblies Perform machine and equipment setups, including injectors, autoclaves, and compression molding equipment Conduct quality control checks, including surface condition checks, viscosity checks, and color matching Mix and apply paints, lacquers, and enamels, and perform touch-up and rework as needed Set up and operate ovens, chambers, and coating equipment, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Required Experience:
5+ years of Aircraft Paint experience 1 year painting to MIL Specs and Dry Film thickness targets SUN3
