With locations in California and Orlando, Florida, we are a full-service custom fabrication shop building themed sets and attractions for theme parks and other entertainment industries.
The Position:
Custom Fabrication shop is looking for an experienced Painter (with Auto Body Paint experience) Responsibilities include: Ability to spray automotive and industrial finishes. Experience with HVLP sprayers Prep work; sanding, mixing and applying bondo Responsible for material management across all open projects. Responsible for ensuring all production is completed safely, efficiently, in a timely manner, and to the highest quality. Experience with metal, wood, and fiberglass finishes.
Minimum professional qualifications:
4 years of experience Experience in automotive painting or scenic production Knowledge of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the painting trade Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to read and interpret drawings. Candidate must have strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accomplish tasks in a timely manner. Work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
