Currently, we’re on the lookout for a highly creative and self-motivated Painter to join our spectacularly talented team, recognized as the best in the world at what they do! As a Painter , you will be working on 2nd shift , managing multiple projects at a time, and collaborating with professionals from all departments. We expect you to bring your expertise in spraying techniques and a smile to work every day. OT is available. The ideal candidate will have a background in architectural or themed products, or auto body painting, and be attentive to detail and able to remain calm under pressure and tight deadlines. Architectural/Themed Products or Auto Body:
Prior experience with spraying techniques, HVLP, single stage coating, and knowledge of Matthews paint system is a plus.
Industry Experience:
Spraying experience in auto body or a related industry is highly preferred; house/residential painting is not considered related.
Time and Priority Management:
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional Collaboration:
Willingness to work closely with professionals from various departments.
Flexibility and Detail-Oriented:
Must be flexible, even-tempered, and detail-oriented.
Reliability:
Must reliably get to work on time every day.
Sense of Humor and Communication Skills:
Maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. Pride in
