Full Job Description Duration:

3 Months Contract to Hire or extension possibilities

4/10A-1st Shift (5 AM to 3:30 PM)

Job Overview:

Seeking skilled Fabricators / Powder Coaters to join our team. This role involves performing paint, composite, and plating operations according to detailed work instructions and customer specifications. Ideal candidates will have experience in aerospace or automotive environments, with a strong background in powder coating processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform painting, composite, and/or plating operations based on detailed instructions and quality standards. Apply various materials in compliance with customer and company specifications. Mix paints, lacquers, and enamels to required consistencies. Prepare surfaces prior to painting, including cleaning and masking; conduct post-paint treatments such as etching and baking. Set up and operate spray painting and/or powder coating equipment.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace or automotive painting. At least 1 year of hands-on powder coating experience. Ability to comply with all safety requirements, including the use of safety shoes and a respirator.
