Summary We are seeking an Industrial Painter to join our dynamic team at Tensik. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and durability. Based in the United States, you will play a key role in enhancing the appearance and longevity of our equipment through expert painting techniques. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or applying primer, industrial enamel, two components paint, as needed. Apply paint using various techniques including spray, brush, or roller to achieve a smooth finish. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate application and coverage. Maintain and operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in a manufacturing environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Inspect finished work for quality assurance before delivery or installation. Requirements Proven experience as an industrial painter or similar role. Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials used in industrial applications. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus. Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately. Basic math skills for calculating paint quantities and coverage areas. Experience operating forklifts or cranes is beneficial but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
