This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced equipment, including HVLP and airless paint application systems, in a dynamic, fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and apply primers and paints following technical data sheets (TDS). Perform high-quality paint application using HVLP and airless spray equipment. Sandblast materials to industry standards, ensuring proper surface preparation. Set up, maintain, and clean equipment, including paint gun systems, sprayers, solvent recycling systems, and calibrated tools. Operate and regulate air compressors and sandblast equipment, maintaining optimal pressure and abrasive flow. Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure all tools and equipment are in excellent working condition. Safely operate industrial tools and machinery, including forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and heavy equipment. Follow safety and environmental procedures for storing, handling, and disposing of paints, stains, and chemicals. Maintain accurate production records and consistently meet quality standards. Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial painting and sandblasting. Expertise in operating and maintaining air compressors and sandblasting equipment. Experience applying Epoxy Strong ability to regulate pressure and abrasive mixtures for precise sandblasting. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, standing, and bending for extended periods. Comfortable working in an industrial, non-climate-controlled environment. Commitment to safety and adherence to company procedures.
