On as needed basis, responsible for Cosmetic ReconditioningAssociate II, Flow Inventory Associate II duties. Remove and replace parts Repair plastic and substrate damage Maintain, repair, and clean special equipment New Associate Orientation Training

• Operations
• Kronos Training for Hourly Associates
• Meet Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate II and Flow InventoryAssociate II Performance Standards
• Complete Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate II, Flow InventoryAssociate II, and Senior Reconditioning Associate WorkstationCertifications
• Read, interpret, and transcribe data in order to maintainaccurate records
• Perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-pacedenvironment
• Speak and listen effectively in dealing withcustomers/associates, both in person and over the phone
• Complete CarMax provided training in all functional areas of theinventory process, allowing for cross-training and full coverage ofthe inventory and detail area Indoor and outdoor environments may include working at times innoisy and/or inclement weather conditions.
• Variable work schedules with shifts that may include nights,weekends, holidays, and 12-hour days.
• and EPA standards, including the use of Personal ProtectiveEquipment and proper waste disposal in required areas.
• Adhere to all CarMax policies including Attendance, AssetProtection, Integrity and Standards of Professional Appearance.
