We’re seeking a skilled Powder Coater to powder coatings to metal parts, ensuring a smooth and durable finish. Key responsibilities include preparing surfaces, operating spray equipment, curing parts, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements:

1+ years of powder coating experience Knowledge of coating techniques and surface prep Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work safely and efficiently salary: $35,000 – $50,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM
education: No Degree Required Responsibilities A powder coater is responsible for preparing metal surfaces, ing powder coatings using spray guns or fluidized beds, and curing the coating in an oven. They ensure a smooth, uniform finish by inspecting for defects and performing quality checks. Powder coaters maintain equipment, manage inventory, follow safety protocols, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the coating process. They also ensure compliance with environmental regulations and work closely with team members to meet production goals. The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week Skills
