Key Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired color and finish Apply paint using spray guns, ensuring even coverage and adherence Inspect finished surfaces for quality and correct any imperfections Maintain painting equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding job status and timelines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience in automotive painting or a related field Knowledge of painting techniques, color matching, and refinishing methods Ability to work with various painting tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical stamina to stand, bend, and work in a variety of positions for extended periods Valid driver’s license preferred
