General Summary:

Under general supervision,this position is responsible for all aspects of the paintapplication process, minor repairs, sanding, grinding, and paintpreparation. On as needed basis, also responsible for CosmeticReconditioning Associate II, Flow Inventory Associate II, SeniorReconditioning Associate, and Senior Reconditioning Associate Iduties.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete paintapplication Complete minor repairs, including sanding and grindingComplete paint preparation, including color matching and mixingParticipate in problem-solving and continuous improvementactivities with team Execute standardized work as defined Ensurethat all vehicles meet CarMax Paint Standards Ensure all equipmentis maintained, repaired, and cleaned as required Ensure properinventory levels of all personal protective equipment, tools, andchemicals required to carry out paint process for all SeniorReconditioning Associates Ensure workplace cleanliness andorganization in accordance with CarMax 5S standards Provideoutstanding customer service to both internal and externalcustomers Interior and exterior detailing, interior repair,inventory, and paint preparation functions Complete duties asassigned by
