• Employee Assistance Program Apply today and be a part of our success story! Industrial Painters The painter is responsible for mixing paint, checking prep work before applying primer, and applying topcoat finish in a production line setting. Duties and Responsibilities
• Paint components per specifications
• Prep material as required per standard operations
• Ensure quality at the source per standard operations
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Comply with all company safety and environmental regulations
• Available to work overtime Qualifications
• 3 years of experience, mixing, prepping, and painting in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of HVLP or Electrostatic spraying equipment
• Able to read and understand TDS for materials used
• Able to multitask
• Safety mindset
• Focus on quality.
• Ability to work from catwalks, ladders and confined spaces

Job Type Full-Time Note:

The job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee maybe required to perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Previous manufacturing experience required Must be physically capable of repetitive lifting, standing entire shift, bending at waist and knees, and twisting to perform job duties. Should be comfortable performing repetitive assembly duties to specific quality standards. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be willing to work daily overtime and weekends as needed.

Schedule:

3rd shift Sunday through Thursdaywith overtime as needed and $3 an hour shift diff.
