As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, prepping cars, wet sanding, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires both technical skills and creativity, making it perfect for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and have an eye for aesthetics. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. Apply paint using various techniques including airless paint spraying and brush application. Perform buffing and polishing of painted surfaces to achieve a smooth finish. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge to understand the operation of painting equipment and tools. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes on all projects. Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques for efficient application. Experience in buffing and polishing surfaces to enhance the final appearance. Basic vehicle maintenance skills are preferred to support equipment upkeep. Background in mechanic work or auto body repair is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the preparation and application processes. Welding skills are a plus for any necessary repairs or modifications during projects. Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
