Spray Booth and Bonding 2nd, 3rd Shift at CoWorx Staffing in Saco, Maine, United States Job Description Come join our team and be part of the exciting opportunity to operate and improve a state-of-the-art spray system. As a Spray Booth & Bonding Operator, you will be responsible for applying thermal spray and metal/ceramic coatings to backing tubes and plates to build sputter targets used in industries such as Glass, PV, Electronics, and Display. Job Responsibilities Apply thermal spray, metal, and ceramic coatings (wire and powder) to backing tubes and plates
Bring innovative improvement ideas to the table and help implement them
Operate ancillary equipment and participate in safety, quality, and traceability systems
Understand and adhere to safety requirements and emergency procedures
Manage hazardous waste in compliance with regulations
Fill in for vacations and vacancies across shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts) from Sunday night through Friday evening;
