The Painter will work closely with mechanics and other team members to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed. Apply paint using airless paint spraying techniques and other methods to achieve a smooth finish. Perform touch-ups and repairs on painted surfaces to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Collaborate with mechanics to understand the specific needs of each vehicle. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle’s painting needs. Lift heavy materials and equipment as required during the painting process. Qualifications Proven experience in auto painting or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
