We’re seeking motivated individuals who have either prior experience in painting in an industrial/commercial environment. Plural component system/industrial paint system experience is a plus. Duties:

Sandblast weldments to where they’re a bare steel surface Must meet production goals on a daily basis, as sandblasting is critical to our operation Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

Know and apply RCL Safety Policy and Procedures On-time, full attendance on a daily basis Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds Ability and willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays as needed, as well as overtime throughout the week. This position has the most hours in our operation as well as the highest immediate earning potential A positive, team-player mindset
