Per Diem is available for qualified non-local personnel: $147.04/ on days worked Applicants must be able to pass a 7 year background investigation , hair follicle drug screen & Audiogram prior to job start.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires a minimum Three (3) or more years experience as a painter/blaster
Preferred Design Disciplines:
Must be able to preform all blast requirements and functions utilizing all applications – Identify and correct blast and spraying required by the contract specifications.
Job Description:
Blasters/Sprayers have the responsibility to perform blasting and spraying utilizing marine coating to specified contract requirements. Understanding of blasting and spraying specifications including but not limited to blast profiles, milage requirements, ect. Perform blasting and painting applications as directed by supervision. Experience in working troubleshoots, have the ability to hook up lines and can work an airless sprayer. Testing will consist of the ability to hook up airlines to the manifold and spray horizontal, vertical and side to side. – Able to sand blast and demonstrate how to utilize each part of the blast equipment.
