Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing team? We’re looking for a Powder Coating Line Technician to support our production process and ensure high-quality finishes on every part that leaves the line. If you take pride in quality work and enjoy working in a team-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Load a variety of parts (baskets, grills, frames, handles, etc.) onto the powder coating line
Clean and prepare racks before coating
Perform quality checks to ensure full coverage and flawless finish
Use manual spray equipment to touch up areas missed by automatic sprayers
Make color changes, clean booths and hoses, and set up new powder coating modules with team support
Adjust powder flow rate and spray patterns to maintain consistent quality
Check parts for proper welds and correct any issues as needed
Assist with general production duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or GED
Comfortable wearing required PPE including eye, ear, foot protection, and protective clothing
