The Powder Coater is responsible for applying powder coatings to metal parts and products, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet customer specifications and company standards. This involves preparing parts, operating powder coating equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in powder coating or a related manufacturing environment is preferred
• Knowledge of powder coating processes and techniques.
• Ability to operate powder coating equipment safely and effectively.
• Understanding of surface preparation methods.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, fumes, and noise.
• Ability to wear required PPE.
