This is a stable, long-term opportunity to work in a structured facility with consistent daytime hours and a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prep surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming before paint application Mix and spray paint, coatings, and sealants using HVLP spray equipment Ensure precise color matching and a smooth, professional finish Review finished work for imperfections and perform necessary corrections Keep workstations clean and materials organized Follow all safety guidelines and use proper personal protective equipment Coordinate with team members to help meet production timelines

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Hands-on experience in automotive, industrial, or custom paint work Solid understanding of prep and painting techniques Familiarity with spray booth processes and equipment Strong attention to finish quality and detail Physical ability to handle parts and stand for long periods Dependable attendance and strong communication skills

Preferred:

Background with body filler (bondo), sanding, taping, and priming Experience working in a fast-paced production paint environment

Shift:
