INDUSTRIAL PAINTER HIGHPOINT PAY RATE

$19.00 – $21.00 DOE

EXPERIENCE AND INTERVIEW 1ST SHIFT 2-4

years automotive body repair and paint experience Maintain a safe work environment, achieve productivity goals, and be familiar with the quality standards. Successfully complete a pulmonary function test for respirator use Masks glass, trim and other parts not to be painted Cleans, sands and prepares surfaces for painting Cleans and maintains spray guns and other painting equipment Ability to mix and match paints Clean up work area daily Ability to read and interpret plans for correct application of product.

The successful applicant will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety protocols. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary. Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, or rollers to achieve a smooth and even finish. Operate cranes and other machinery to move large components for painting. Collaborate with team members to assemble and fabricate parts as needed. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate application of paint thickness. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
