• Job Description
• We are seeking a skilled painter with preferably over 5 years of experience in structural painting.

The role involves using spray guns, rolling, and brush painting techniques. You will be required to paint in various positions, whether on a ladder, scissor lift, or while laying on a creeper. The job also includes grinding, sanding, and wire brushing to prep materials for painting. When not actively painting, you will assist with cleaning and sweeping the work area, driving a forklift, and changing paint booth filters.

• Responsibilities
• + Perform structural painting with spray guns, rollers, and brushes. + Paint from a ladder, scissor lift, or while laying on a creeper. + Prepare materials for painting by grinding, sanding, and wire brushing. + Clean and maintain the work area, including sweeping and operating a forklift. + Change filters in the paint booth.
• Essential Skills
• + 5+ years of experience in structural painting. + Proficiency with auto body paint, paint prep, paint mixing, and using a spray gun. + Experience with paint booths, metal painting, and powder coating.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Experience in metal painting.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
