Industrial Painter Pay Rate:

$18 – $20 per hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM The Industrial Painter will be responsible for applying protective, rust-inhibiting coatings to fabricated steel materials, ensuring all products meet the company’s quality standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and committed to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

What You’ll Do:

Paint steel beams, columns, and components using rust-prohibitive coatings in designated paint booths. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, paint booths, and equipment. Clean and maintain paint guns, tips, respirators, and other tools. Monitor paint inventory and notify supervisor when supplies are low. Replace paint gun tips after every 75-80 gallons sprayed.

Skills and Experience:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Prior experience in industrial painting preferred. Completion of apprenticeship or hands-on training is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
