Overview We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial painting and be proficient in using various power tools and equipment. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an Industrial Painter, you will play a crucial role in preparing surfaces and applying coatings to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary. Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently to apply paint and coatings. Follow specifications for color matching and application techniques. Inspect finished work for quality assurance and make adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while ensuring high-quality standards. Assist in the fabrication of components as needed, utilizing mechanical knowledge. Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Experience Proven experience in industrial painting or related fields such as auto painting or construction painting. Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities are essential. Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills. Qualifications:

• Ability to perform all job responsibilities safely and follow safety guidelines.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant manufacturing experience.
• Industrial coating experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for entire shift and walk throughout the facility.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift 10-20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform basic math computations.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
• Must be flexible with required working hours, including overtime.
• Must be team oriented with focus on quality and productivity
