Painters- Commercial / Industrial AWR, VA Elizabeth City, NC 27907 Job Summary Commercial painters needed for a large project in the Elizabeth City area. Must have a minimum of 5+ years in commercial exterior painting. Working from lifts and staging is required. Full time positions and subcontractor positions available as well. Good pay and long term employment is available. Must have experience and knowledge of surface prep, spraying, brushing and rolling preparing surfaces, applying paint, and high-quality finishes in the commercial and industrial field. A background in commercial painting and related maintenance person skills will be beneficial for success in this position. Skills Proficiency in commercial & industrial painting techniques and tools. Knowledge of stucco, plaster, drywall, and caulking applications. Working from staging, lifts and scaffolding. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
