Job Description

ResourceMFG is immediately hiring experienced Painter Blasters on 1st shift for a premier manufacturing company in Randleman!! These are career opportunities with great pay, benefits and growth opportunities.

Shift Hours:

1st Shift Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm OT as needed

Pay Rate :

$18.50

  • $2900 Depending on Experience Summary The Painter Technician is responsible for preparing and painting components and parts to quality and safety standards to prepare for shipping. Minimum Qualifications Previous painting experience mixing and applying an automotive grade, three-part epoxy paint on small and large assemblies required Painter 1
  • Minimum 6 months
  • 5 years Painter 2
  • 6•14 years Senior Painter•15 years or more Ability to read and interpret work instructions, and written directions.

Essential Functions The painter’s main responsibility is to prepare parts and /or assemblies for painting. Prepare/mix paint (primer and topcoat) and apply paint to parts and assemblies to company quality and safety standards. Inspect wet and dry paint mill thickness to ensure it meets company expectations for desired paint life. Monitor material levels and report any shortages/issues to his/her supervisor. Ensure that equipment is maintained, cleaned, and serviced on regular schedules. Communicate with paint vendor and supervisor to assist with process improvements Apply Now! Physical Demands Must be able to lift 40lbs and manipulate heavy test equipment and cables. Manual dexterity to operate digital equipment, including computers and PLC’s, protective relays, controllers, and other such equipment with small fine buttons and operators.
