www.modboxusa.com. Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, powder coating associate. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are properly prepped, painted, and finished to meet our high quality standards. This is an opportunity to learn and develop a professional skill; no prior powder coating experience required. Responsibilities Light sanding of metal parts and cut metal edges. Steam cleaning and rinsing parts. Painting/powder coating. Light assembly of finished products. Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain brand standards. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace. Assist in inventory management by tracking materials and supplies. Skills Comfortable using hand tools and power tools. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Open to and accepting of feedback towards improvement. Ability to work on your feet as well as lift up to 50 lbs.
