Sign Painter Manufacturing Concepts Raleigh, NC Job Details Temporary | Temp-to-hire $17 – $24 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Hazmat Endorsement CDL Driver’s License Class E Non-CDL Class C Air Brake Endorsement Entry level Full Job Description Responsibilities Operate enclosed paint booths and mixing rooms using top-of-the-line HVLP spray guns Mix and document paint formulas and codes using labels and spray-out cards Perform accurate color matching on various substrates based on client specifications Follow established painting procedures for aluminum, acrylic, HDU, steel, wood, and other materials Review work orders thoroughly before beginning each job Maintain and clean equipment daily per manufacturer guidelines Always follow OSHA and company-specific safety protocols Adhere to all hazardous waste disposal regulations Work both independently and collaboratively within the production team Be available for overtime and occasional weekend shifts as required Utilize sanding tools and perform paint surface preparation Additional skills such as faux finishing or airbrushing are a plus Other duties as needed to support production operations
