Paint Sprayer Position Available In Bergen, New Jersey

Paint Sprayer – Up to $25/hr Rutherford, NJ | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM | Full-Time | On-Site We re hiring a Paint Sprayer to join a high-volume production team at a leading manufacturer of architectural aluminum window systems. This is a hands-on role working inside a spray booth, where you’ll apply manual touch-ups to aluminum window frames-especially on corners and surfaces the automated machines miss.

Responsibilities:

Use spray guns to apply paint on aluminum frames where machines fall short (corners, detailed surfaces, etc.) Work efficiently along a fast-paced, moving production line Ensure even coverage and finish quality, meeting production and safety standards Wear appropriate PPE and follow all facility safety procedures Collaborate with team members to meet daily output goals ✅

Preferred Experience:

1-3+ years of experience in spray painting, powder coating, or automotive finishing Familiarity with HVLP spray guns or automated paint systems a plus Experience working in production or manufacturing environments Good attention to detail and ability to stay focused in a fast-moving setting Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a physically active role Join a growing team where your eye for detail and steady hand will make a real impact on production quality.
